Immunetrics' Value and Results:

Immunetrics' biological modeling increases efficacy in clinical trials which translates directly to higher success of trials combined with lower costs and less time in drug development. According to "Joseph A. DiMasi, an economist at the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development, he calculates that raising the success rate of drugs moving through clinical trials from 21.5% to 33% would cut as much as $242 Million off the average development tab for a drug, estimated at about $800 million."1

A study with the University of Pittsburgh and Dr. Gilles Clermont demonstrated Immunetrics' value by simulating a test of ANTI-TNF from a failed clinical protocol. While recreating the protocol through modeling, Immunetrics forecasted that the survival rate could be increased from 63% to 80% based on dosage and timing. The biomarker analysis showed that two critical blood markers. The results of this modeling would have limited the test population to ~40% of original population and spared 15% from being harmed. In addition this change or cancellation of the test protocol would have resulted in $50 Million in savings.
