Immunetrics' Value and Results:

Immunetrics’ technology provides significant value to the animal research and drug development market. The company’s proprietary modeling platform can be used to extrapolate animal results into success or failure for human testing. A 10% improvement in predicting failures before clinical trials could save $100 million in development costs per drug.1

Immunetrics’ bio-simulation tools transform the development of animal testing protocol by increasing effectiveness while reducing time and resources. These advancements were validated with a well renowned university during the development of a new animal bone fracture experimental protocol. The bio-simulations dramatically reduced the number of mice from 200 to 20 mice and the time from one year down to 1 month.

The researchers first used the Immunetrics model to establish guidelines for the animal experiment instead of following traditional experimental approach. These bio-simulations were used to establish the specifics of the animal model experimental protocol, which was later validated through actual laboratory experimentation. To our knowledge, this is the first time a mathematical model was in fact used for this purpose, greatly reducing the number of animals and time required to establish a new animal model of this complexity.
